Road Test Information
A Class 6 road test may only be taken if you are 16 years or older and hold a valid Alberta Class 7 license. In addition to the road test you must pass a Class 6 Knowledge Test which you may write at any Alberta Registry Agent office.
Your Class 6 road test usually takes about 45 minutes. A Class 6 road test may be taken using a trike registered as a motorcycle however, if you choose to use a trike to take your Class 6 road test you will be restricted to driving only those types of motorcycles.
The examiner will explain the test procedures and you will be given the opportunity to ask questions about the test.
